Shipping and Purchasing Information

All handbags and accessories are made to order and are typically constructed and ready to ship within 3 to15 business days (depending on the complexity of the order). Arrival date of any item shipped cannot be guaranteed once the item has been delivered to a postal facility.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation of the sale will be sent to the email provided by the customer. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please check within the spam folder of your email account. Sometimes the confirmation of the sale email will be inadvertently sent to a spam folder. Also, once the customer’s order is complete an email will also be sent with tracking information. Again, if you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If after checking your spam folder and still not finding the email confirmation of the sale or the email with tracking information once the order is complete, please contact the Jilly Designs studio and we will provide that information to you in a prompt manner.

Cancelations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, contact the Jilly Designs studio within that 24 hour period.

International buyers are welcome. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. All orders will be marked as "merchandise" and the full value of the item(s) will be listed on the customs form.

For lost parcels, which rarely occurs, an insurance claim will be filed after a 45 day waiting period for domestic and 60 day waiting period for international locations. All claims must be filed within 90 days. No claims will be honored if filed on or after the 90 day expiration period. The buyer is required to complete all requested documentation from the insurance provider in order to receive a refund or item replacement. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim. Once the claim is filed and accepted through the insurance provider a full refund or replacement will be issued to the buyer.

Claims for damaged or missing items can be filed immediately. Claims must be filed no later than 7 days after receiving item(s). All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. The buyer is required to complete all requested documentation from the insurance provider in order to receive a refund or item replacement. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Jilly Designs creates a beautiful product that is meticulously constructed. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your product, please contact the Jilly Designs studio to let us know you are returning an item. Then, return the item within 7 days after the order is received in the original or similar packaging (including packing material - tissue paper stuffing and wrap). The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please include a copy of your receipt. For your protection, please return your order with an insured trackable courier. Once the tracking number is obtained, please e-mail the number to the Jilly Designs studio. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit when shipping back to the Jilly Designs studio. If you are returning your order for a refund, prompt refunds will be credited in the form of the original payment method, once the item is received by the Jilly Designs studio (minus shipping charges). All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange your item for another, follow the return instructions above. Once the return is accepted and you have been refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not refund merchandise that has been used, damaged or is otherwise non-salable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale items, custom order items or personalized items.

All items are handmade in-house with top quality materials. Slight differences in color, markings and grain as well as naturally occurring imperfections are all inherent qualities of leather. Please allow for these slight imperfections as they are part of the beauty of working with natural leather hides. Leather color may vary due to individual monitor settings.
